The actor shared recipe of a desi protein drink that can be made by mixing sattu (bhune chane ka atta) and buttermilk (chaas).
The post read, "Sattu powder mixed with buttermilk is a natural and a potent protein shake." He also thanked the health coach luke cutinho and one other nutritionist for the recipe.
What is sattu?No stranger to the people of Bihar, UP, MP and West Bengal, sattu is made of roasted Bengal gram. Sattu is power packed with protein and thus many people include it in their daily diets.
