Our health has become a source of great concern for all of us. The Queen of England starts her day with a cup of tea

While most of us start our day with caffeine or a normal cup of sweet tea, the Queen of England reportedly starts her day with a freshly brewed pot of Earl Grey tea - no milk or sugar - in bone china cup, with a few biscuits. Besides that, she loves fresh produce and eats plenty of fish.

The Duchess of Sussex is really into yoga and meditations. Reportedly, she has been doing it from the age of seven. In conversation with a Best Health magazine, she had once said, “My mom is a yoga instructor, and I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with her when I was 7.” “I was very resistant as a kid, but she said, ‘Flower, you will find your practice – just give it time,” she adds.
