The Law of Impermanence Understanding The Law of Impermanence and knowing that it is at play helps one to shift focus on constructive living rather than stressing on the now. "The law states that nothing lasts forever and this too shall pass. Hence knowing that this pandemic is not permanent and would pass is what people should focus on," says Karthika.
The law infinite solution"Understanding this law helps us become solution-oriented and shift focus from problems," she adds. Karthika urges people to question their negative thoughts and understand that emotion which would help ease their mind. Always remember that every problem has infinite solutions.
Practice mindfulnessTalking about the importance of mindfulness, Karthika stresses on the need to learn about the practice and practicing it. "Living the present is extremely important and that is how important mindfulness is. It is your super power. Gain knowledge about the same, understand and practice it. Always remember uncertainty will follow all human beings for the rest of their life. But you cannot be thrown off by fearful thoughts. And that can be your power," she adds.
