I love smoothies, most people think smoothies can't be made vegan as curd/dairy has to be the base for them.
When I turned vegan the biggest switch I made was to replace dairy with soy milk. This is my favourite go-to smoothie recipe 🤩🤩🤩 I make these in every season with @sogoodindia Soy milk now. Thick frozen smoothie bowls for summer and room temperature shakes for winter! The additional fruit power with every smoothie is an added benefit. .
