A study tudyconducted by the journal Food & Nutrition has provided new insights into how egg intake benefits overall health. The research tracked around 19000 adults and revealed that those who consumed 1.5 eggs daily exhibited stronger bones compared to individuals who completely avoided eggs. It has been mentioned that those who ate eggs displayed 72 percent increase in bone density and 83% increase in bone density at the spine. These results challenge earlier beliefs about the dangers of egg consumption and underscore their potential benefits for bone health, especially in adults prone to osteoporosis.

As per experts, with over 6g of protein per egg, it makes for the perfect choice to meet almost half the recommended dietary intake for toddlers and almost a third of the recommended dietary intake for older children.
