A curation and consulting platform named Gormei has partnered with a new startup called CloudChef to make this feat possible. CloudChef's AI-driven technology recorded Chef Sherry's recipes in Mumbai and recreated them in their production kitchen in Palo Alto California in easy-to-eat, stadium-friendly formats.

“We believe cricket is poised to take off in a big way in the USA, and we are thrilled to be able to bring this mouthwatering experience to the first-ever Major League Cricket Tournament through our breakthrough collaboration,” said Argha Sen, the founder of Gormei.

The food will be available across 12 games, which are being held at the newly resurrected Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas. Besides Chef Sherry, other Indian chefs whose creations are being featured include Chef Manjit Gill and Chef Thomas Zachariah.

For the first edition, CloudChef menus are being run in the VIP boxes hosting 400 people and in the Sports Bar, which will have 1000 people. Each match is likely to have about 5500 people in attendance.
