It is said that food is the ingredient that binds us together. Trust Times to add a refreshing new twist to food with its web series Times Food Boardroom Kitchen presented by Glen and powered by Figaro Olive Oil. In today’s episode of Times Food - Boardroom Kitchen, we have Vikram Agarwal, Managing Director of Cornitos.

He wanted to experiment in the field of food and thus launched a distinguished snacking product in the market of potato lovers- Cornitos. When asked about the challenges he faced while introducing this product, he told that people compared Cornitos to corn papad and he found this comparison hilarious. He also knew where these comparisons were coming from.

He thinks that people are now experimenting with cuisines and now is the time to expand further in the country. Since he feels that the Mexican flavours and ingredients are in sync with the Indian taste, he prepared a Mexican dish with Indian twist to it - A Paneer Quesadilla.
