According to a recent post by health expert Juhi Kapoor, Garam masala is loaded with the goodness of iron, which helps in improving blood heamoglobin levels and reducing ailments like anemia. The reason why Garam masala is packed with the goodness of nutrients is because of spices like cardamom, coriander, cumin black pepper, which are naturally rich in nutrients like iron, fiber, antioxidants to name a few. Apart from that, adding a little amount of this spice to your delicacies can naturally help in preventing ailments like diabetes, cholesterol, helps in better weight management and reduces arthritis.




How to make Garam Masala
100gm cumin seeds, 75 gm black pepper, 75 gm black , 30 grams corinader powder, 10 gm green cardamom pods, 10 gm clove, 10 gm cinnamom, 5 gm pipli, 5 gm nutmeg. Roast all ingredients and grinder into a fine masala.
