Add these ingredients to coffee to lose belly fat

Are you someone who is caught up in the vicious circle of urban life, where balancing work and personal life has taken a toll over your health, and especially on that ever increasing waistline. Then we have got a simple fix for melting that fat in an easy and subtle way. Just prepare a coffee, add some kitchen ingredients and mix it all and lose that stubborn belly fat. Here’s a simple coffee blend that’s way better than weight loss supplements and your packaged weight loss drinks.

How to turn coffee into a weight loss drink

Adding this warm coffee blend to your diet can help in losing weight and belly fat, this is due to the presence of caffeine in coffee paired with these weight cutting ingredients like cinnamon and nutmeg, but what about coconut oil and butter?

This will surely leave you shocked that you can actually make a weight loss drink by adding butter and coconut oil. This is due to the presence of MCTs in coconut oil (medium-chain triacylglycerols) and omega 3 fatty acids in butter that help in increasing the amount of protein in the drink, which provides satiety and helps in keeping you full.

Plus with no sugar added, this butter coffee makes for a perfect keto drink which has healthy fats and no carbs that will help in reducing belly fat, but make sure you follow a strict diet with no carbs paired with the drink, if you are trying to lose weight faster. Here is a quick recipe, which you can follow and melt the belly fat in just a week.
