We all know that the City of Nawabs is known for its tunday kebab, but many of us don’t know that those aromatic kebabs are made with more than 125 ingredients and the term ‘tunday’ was derived from the one-armed Haji Murad Ali who started a kebab-paratha shop in Gol Darwaza Street in 1905.
