As per Hindu beliefs clove is considered pious and so it is used in several Hindu rituals and religious practices. It is believed that this spice can ward off the ill-effects of evil eye and boost a positive aura. Spiritual experts believe that keeping a few pods of cloves in your wallet or keeping them in the puja thali and offering to Goddess Durga can bring good luck. Also, if you are stepping out for an important deal, chew a clove or keep it in your bag to attract positive results.
