On the other hand, Pitta types can also enjoy buttermilk, especially during warmer months. It aids in cooling the body, reducing excess heat and inflammation that are common imbalances in Pitta individuals. And when it comes to Kapha types, they should consume buttermilk in moderation, as its cooling nature can exacerbate Kapha's tendencies towards cold and damp imbalances. It's best to consume it during warmer seasons."
