Amaranth Kheer


To make this healthy and nutritious kheer, just boil amaranth seeds in milk or water and make the mixture thick and creamy. Spread some nuts and seeds over it and pour honey to sweeten. It is a healthy and nutritious breakfast option to kick-start your day during the festival.

Singhare Ke Aloo

Singhare Ke Aloo is a simple and healthy recipe made by boiling and mashing water chestnuts with boiled potatoes. To accentuate the taste of these tikkis, just add ginger, green chilies and subtle spices like cumin and black pepper along with singhare ka atta to bind the ingredients. Make patties and shallow fry or bake until crispy. Enjoy with green chutney.
