Home-style food is everyone’s weakness and Olympics bronze medalist boxer Lovlina Borgohain is no exception. The exceptional boxer on Wednesday shared a video of relishing home-style Assamese food with Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal. Take a look at the video:

Lovlina shared the video of the meal on Twitter, which was hosted by Sarbananda Sonowal. In her tweet, she also revealed that she was eating home-cooked food after more than a year. She wrote in her tweet, "Having home-style Assamese food after more than a year. I thank Hon'ble Union Minister Shri @sarbanandsonwal sir for welcoming me with such warmth and sharing a scrumptious meal. "

In the 45 seconds video, Lovlina is seen relishing steamed rice, dal, curry, along with some dry vegetables on the side with her hands. Interestingly, not only Lovlina, everyone else on the table can be seen enjoying the scrumptious meal with hands. Take a look at social media reactions:


In an interview with ANI, Lovilina expressed, "I will try to change this bronze to gold." Talking about her plans for the future, she reiterated, "I want to bring a gold medal in the Paris Olympics."
