As per her Instagram post from the handle growithneha, she listed various seed waters and their benefits and also suggested combining them with a balanced diet and regular exercise for optimal results.

Chia Seed Water
How to make it: Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water for 3-4 hours and consume
Benefits: As per her video, it is rich in fiber and boosts digestion & gut health. It keeps you full for longer and helps reduce hunger cravings. It is also packed with electrolytes, which improve hydration and stamina.



Methi Seed Water

How to make it: Soak 1 tsp methi seeds in 1 cup of water overnight
Benefits: It is said to help with acidity, lower blood sugar, and also promote hormonal balance. It boosts metabolism and curbs appetite naturally and is also said to strengthen hair and gives a natural glow to the skin.


Jeera Seed Water
How to make it: Either soak 1 tbsp seeds in 1 cup water overnight. Or boil 1 tsp seeds in 1 cup water.
