Perfect shining egg

While cooking eggs, add a few drops of water to the pan and cover for 30 seconds. This act will help you make perfect sunshine eggs without flipping.

In case you need butter at room temperature for baking, simply grate the butter brick and get going.

Add water to milk

While boiling full cream milk it often happens that milk sticks to the bottom. In order to prevent that, add a little water to the pan before boiling milk.
