Almond, Banana & Peanut Smoothie

1 cup makhana, 2 tbsp almonds, 4 tbsp peanuts, 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp dates, and 1/2 banana

Add makhana to the blender jar along with peanuts. Give it a gentle blend.

Add the curd, banana, and almonds and blend well again.

Next, add the de-seeded dates and blend until smooth.

Pour it into a serving glass and enjoy it along with roasted almonds to stay full for long.
