Popular American actress and producer Paula Patton, who is best known for the 4th instalment of Mission: Impossible movie (Ghost Protocol), is being grilled over social media for her ‘Fried Chicken’ recipe. The reason behind this mocking is that Paula made all the novice mistakes one should avoid.
The video was posted on her official Instagram page on March 5, where she can be seen making dish Fried Chicken recipes with organic all-purpose flour, hot sauce, avocado oil and spices like paprika, black pepper, etc.

Apparently, the noted American actress took to her social media handle to show off her cooking skills. She was making this Fiery Chicken for her son’s school and as per various users, the dish lacked in seasoning. While seasonings are not the only thing that made this video viral.
Some of the common yet grave mistakes she made were ‘washing chicken in cold water', ‘seasoning it while frying’ and ‘under-cooking it’. In the video, Paula can be heard saying that this is her mother’s signature
fried chicken recipe.

The correct way of making this Fried Chicken recipe is to season the chicken before coating it in flour, buttermilk and bread crumbs.
Also, it is suggested that one should never wash raw chicken in their sink as it is covered with bacteria, which spread from one part to another like clothes, utensils, and kitchen surfaces. Such bacteria can only be killed when chicken meat is cooked over heat. According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the only way to eliminate bacteria is to cook chicken at the right temperature that kills all germs and bacteria.
