The world has already seen the mayhem created by the deadly coronavirus, and now there have been several cases of influenza variant H3N2 that are increasing day by day. As the death tally goes up due to this influenza, the government has issued an advisory for the prevention and control of this infection. Influenza is generally considered to be mild, with symptoms similar to a common cold or cough. The advisory issued by the government puts kids and elderly on high risk and they have been asked to take special precautions similar to covid. As per various media reports, this influenza virus spreads through the eyes, nose and mouth. Symptoms of fever, cold, cold, headache, body ache, diarrhoea etc., can be seen in a patient suffering from influenza, and most of these symptoms are quite similar to coronavirus.
