Mushroom Oats Omelette
Mushroom Oats Omelette makes for a simple and easy summer breakfast that one can try at home. This fiber-rich breakfast is perfect for weight loss and requires very minimum ingredients as well. Scroll down to read the recipe.
Ingredients required
1 egg, 1/2 cup oats, 3 cherry tomatoes, 4-6 button mushrooms, 1 tsp olive oil, salt to taste, and 1/2 tsp pepper
Step 1
Chop cherry tomatoes and mushrooms and set them aside.
Step 2
Break and beat the egg in a bowl, and add salt and pepper to it.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
Step 4
Pour in the beaten egg and let it cook for 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add oats, cherry tomatoes, and button mushrooms on top. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Flip and cook until the tomatoes and mushrooms are evenly cooked.
Step 7
Serve hot with toast and enjoy with a side of shake or smoothie of your choice.
