​How to make Jaljeera Powder at home

To make jaljeera powder at home, add 4 tsp peppermint powder, , 4 tsp roasted cumin seeds, 2 tsp black pepper,2 tsp citric acid, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 4 black cardamom, 2 tsp black rock salt, and 2 tsp salt in a blender and blend them together to a fine powder. Add 1 tsp of powder in a glass of chilled water, stir well, garnish with boondi and your fresh jal jeera drink is ready. (Image: istock)
