This certifiably royal and exotic dessert dish requires 23-Karat gold leaves for lining the goblet, three scoops of Tahitian vanilla ice-cream, Amedei Porcelana dark chocolate from Tuscany, Italy, sugar flower coated with gold and 18-karat gold spoon to eat the dessert with.
