According to her post, they help in supporting fat digestion, aiding the bile flow and boosting liver detoxification via bile.

It is mentioned in the post that choline is vital for bile production and flow and also helps in supporting fat and cholesterol metabolism. It also states that choline helps remove fat from the liver and helps prevent fat buildup in the liver.

Broccoli sprouts


It is said in the post that broccoli sprouts are loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. They support phase II liver detoxification and boosting glutathione. Broccoli sprouts also have a high concentration of sulforaphane.

3 simple breakfast recipes

Broccoli Sprouts Cheela: Simply blend the sprouts and mix it with besan, sooji, spring onion, salt, pepper, and green chillies. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and make cheelas using ghee or oil. Enjoy with mint chutney.


Mix wheat flour, grated karela, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli powder, ajwain, salt, and curd. Knead a soft dough. Roll out theplas and cook on a tawa on low flame using ghee or oil. Serve hot with pickle.


Karela Thepla:

Omelette: Beat 2 eggs with salt, pepper, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves, and onion. Heat a non-stick pan, pour in the mixture, and cook until it sets. Serve hot.
