Protein-Rich smoothieThis super healthy weight loss smoothie recipe contains amaranth/rajgira seeds as well as chia seeds. These seeds are loaded with healthy nutrients. It boosts the protein and fibre content of the smoothie. This is super healthy for those who are into an intense workout for fat loss.
Ingredients● ½ cup puffed rajgira
● ½ cup chopped banana
● 1 chopped seedless date
● 1 tbsp chia seeds
● 2 tsp flax seeds
● 1 tsp melon seeds
● ½ cup almond milk
Method● Take a blender and put all the ingredients
● Blend them well
● Now pour the contents into a glass
● Enjoy the protein smoothie.
Ragi banana date smoothieRagi is a great weight-loss food as it is rich in dietary fibres and calcium which promotes fullness and helps you keep away from unnecessary snacking. It can make a quick energy drink. You can have it warm or chilled. Ragi has uncountable health benefits and weight loss is just one of them.
Ingredients● 2 tbsp ragi flour
● 4 soaked seedless dates
● 1 cup chopped banana
● 1 cup almond milk
● ½ cup of water
Method● Mix almond milk, ragi flour, and water and bring it to a boil properly without any lumps.
● Then add dates, the remaining milk, and banana to the blender jar.
● Now add the milk and ragi mixture to this and blend till it is combined well.
● Serve it warm or cold.
Apple beetroot juice This magical blend has so many nutrients that keep your heart healthy. This drink contains beta-carotene, lutein, and alpha that help to keep your heart healthy. It’s good for your eyes. This protects the skin and helps fight the free radicals in the body. This drink helps in boosting your immune system. This juice helps in cleansing vital organs and promoting blood purification.
Ingredients● 1 apple
● 1 small beetroot
● 1 carrot
● 1 tsp ginger
● A pinch of turmeric
● Lemon juice ½ tsp
Method ● Add apple, beetroot, carrot, and ginger to a blender and blend it well
● Strain the blended juice into a glass
● Add a pinch of turmeric and add a half teaspoon of lemon juice to the Apple beetroot carrot juice and stir well.
Orange and kiwi smoothieThis smoothie helps to manage blood pressure and helps in reducing blood clotting. It helps to improve our digestive system, helps to reduce cholesterol levels in the body and helps in boosting the immune system.
Ingredients● Kiwi 2 peeled and chopped
● Himalayan pink salt- a pinch
● Orange 1 large
● Watermelon ½ cup
● Lime juice 2 tablespoons
Instructions● Take a blender and blend kiwi, watermelon and orange with Himalayan pink salt and lime juice.
● Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar.
