Greasy cupcake liner?

When you bake cupcakes, the baking tray needs to be greased well so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom. But, what if the cupcake liner is too much greasy? To remove the greasiness, add some raw white rice in each space of the cupcake, and then line it with the cupcake liner. Let the cupcakes bake and once done, take them out. You’ll realise the rice has soaked all the butter/oil that you used for lining the cupcakes and the liner is completely non-greasy.

Bake a perfect cake

When we start baking a cake, it generally rises to the top and sometimes comes out of the baking pan. But, we have a clever hack to help you out. In order to prevent the cake from rising too much, use scrap fabric and cover the round baking pan with it like a strap. But, make sure that you moisturise it with some water. Add the cake batter in it and let the cake bake. You’ll soon realise that the cake doesn’t rise that much as it does without the scrap fabric.

Fitting butter paper in a pan

When you get set to baking a cake especially, you must have realised the fact that the parchment or butter paper doesn’t fit the sides of a round pan. Well, worry not, as we have got the smartest hack to help you out. Cut the paper, as usual, to fit into the pan. Next, fold the paper thrice to make a triangle-like shape. After the third triangle, half it again and cut the part that’s extra. Open all the triangles and you’ll see a perfect round shape to fit into your pan.

Baking even cookies

This is the simplest hack that you can use while baking cookies. Throw a little cookie mixture on the butter paper and then take a glass and cover the cookie mixture with it. Move the glass in a circular motion, this will set the cookie in the right shape while making them even.

Sifting flour easily

Here’s the easiest way with which you can sift flour easily. Just take a hand beater and throw it in the flour. It will pick up the flour easily and you can add it to the pan for mixing with the other ingredients.

Making restaurant-style homemade pie

Take a rolled pie crust and using a large knife, make even cuts in it. Once done, stretch the crust a little and settle on the filled pie crust. Bake the pie and enjoy!
