The comfort of pyaz pakoda or the juiciness of chicken popcorn, when combined with the crispiness of an air fryer, results in an unmatched treat. Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor recently shared a YouTube video where he quickly made some iconic deep-fried treats in an air fryer. Don't you trust us? Scroll down to read the recipes and give them a try.

Enjoy with coriander chutney.

Kurkuri Bhindi

Wash and dry 250 gms bhindi properly. Trim the ends and slice lengthwise into thin strips. Add 1/2 cup besan, 2 tbsp rice flour, salt, turmeric, and 1 tsp red chilli powder.
