American billionaire and tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson, who is known for his ambitious anti-ageing project Blueprint, recently found himself at the centre of a social media storm during his visit to India. While the 45-year-old is no stranger to making headlines for his rigorous age-reversal lifestyle, it was his travel eating habits that caught the internet's attention this time.

Johnson's 6-day food revelation
He recently posted on X (formerly Twitter), and revealed that he brought every calorie of food he planned to consume during his six-day trip to India. His reason? "I know how contaminated our global food supply is," he said.

Johnson's post included a detailed list of his diet, which features items like protein bars, macadamia puree, dal (water only), dry pea soup (only water to be added), and collagen peptides along with blueberry nut mix, longevity mix, super shrooms, and matcha—all of which adhere to his meticulously researched Blueprint program.

The trolls pile on
As expected, the post, which racked up over 920k views, unleashed a wave of reactions ranging from ridicule to outright disbelief.

Another quipped, "Living long without enjoying life feels like such a waste. Missing out on Indian cuisine is truly tragic!

Within a very short span, internet users labelled him an "Indian auntie" for extra luggage, which was reportedly filled with food items, and his photos went viral along with the memes of overflowing security checks of eatables.

Not one to back down from criticism, Johnson capitalised on the trolling to teach his audience what he was doing regarding his health regimen. He said that his food selection is part of a broader goal to develop the healthiest, toxin-free nutrition system possible, adding that everything he does is based on thorough research.

Johnson's Blueprint program is both extreme and fascinating. His schedule consists of waking up at 4:30 a.m. He follows a plant-based diet, takes over 100 supplements per day, and accepts experimental treatments such as plasma transfusions. His dedication to his cause cannot be rivalled by the millions spent annually in monitoring and perfecting his health.
