Television star Payal Rohatgi has ventured into cloud kitchen with a motive to serve Indian railway passengers with fresh, high-quality, home-style meals.
As per reports, she has started a cloud kitchen called Healthy Hustle, that targets train passengers. Initially, it was a home kitchen concept that Payal later transformed into acloud kitchen, which is inspired by the idea of "Ghar Jaisa Khana-Redefined", which is also the tagline of the cloud kitchen. The menu featured everyday dishes that Payal cooks herself for her family.
