Here's the vegan diet of Bollywood's fittest actor

Akshay Kumar is undoubtedly one of the fittest Bollywood’s actors who is known for his unconventional films. Today, as he turns 53, we wish this mega star a very happy birthday. You will be surprised to know that though he is one of the highest paid actors of the country, but he only relishes home-cooked food and even loves carrying food for his co-actors. He loves eating healthy, clean and less spicy food. If reports are to be believed, he has recently turned vegan and his diet is managed by Pod Supply. Akshay's art of balancing

Akshay had always been vocal about his love for fitness and clean eating. In a press conference, he had earlier mentioned that he loves to wake up early and indulge in physical activties and then have his breakfast, as it gives me the right kick for the day. Akshay prefers to be early to bed, as he thinks that proper sleep is importatnt to let the food and physcial activities give the best result and that can happen only when you give the body, much needed rest.

Akshay loves his homemade food and even professionals working on his daily diet know the art of giving that homely touch to his food. Akshay prefers to have his last meal by 7 pm and he strictly believes in the logic of ‘Eat right and life healthy’.
