Red lentils, also known as masoor dal,is a kitchen staple across India. But, did you know that this nutritious lentil is also enjoyed around the world? Yes, you read it right! With its soft texture and subtle, earthy flavour, red lentils are enjoyed across the world in the form of soup,stew, kofta, and even flatbread.
