​Onion Juice

Boil 1 cup of water along with a small peeled onion, and cut into cubes. Allow it to cool down and blend it long with 1 cup of water. Pour this juice into a glass and drink it.

​Onion Soup

In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, and 2 garlic cloves and sauté well. Next, add 2 chopped onions and 1/2 cup of veggies of your choice. Stir and cook for 2-5 mins. Add salt and pepper, and cook for 20 mins. Your homemade onion soup is ready. Serve hot.
