Bikes and men go hand in hand - and that's just how India's first ever men's fashion week kickstarted as businessman Navin Ansal revved up a classic Harley Davidson bike for internationally-renowned designer Ravi Bajaj's inaugural show here Friday.
Inspiration: "My collection is all about luxury, indulgence and vanity, said an elated Bajaj after the show.

Trends to watch: The collection featured slim fit shirts, pants, bandhgalas, kurtas and jackets teamed with loose pyjamas and slim fit trousers in materials like leather, velvet, linen, and tussar silk et al.
Colours: Colour palette was dominated by cream, beige, muddy brown, aubergine and the evergreen black.
Show stopper: Navin Ansal, the head honcho of Ansal Properties, who is also an interior designer and a regular on Delhi's fashion circuit, walked the Van Heusen India Mens Week (VHIMW) ramp wearing a cream bandhgala and slim fit trousers with self-printed paisleys.
"I started my show with a 52-year-old man and not with a young man because Navin can himself associate with luxury and his love for expensive bikes matches the essence of my collection - that is, ultimate luxury," said Bajaj after the show.
Just as Ansal added glamour to the show's beginning, Bajaj took centrestage dressed in one of his three-piece creations to take a final bow and looked every bit of a show-stopper himself.
