Miss India, Nikita Anand, has taken to practicing yoga to be in shape. Nikita, who was in Delhi recently to attend a yoga session, talked about her fitness fundas.
���Since I joined films, I have learnt that being in shape is a prerequisite. People look up to you and want to be like you. Actors can���t get away with being casual about their fitness.
I do yoga for at least an hour every morning. It helps me keep my cool and I feel relaxed the entire day. Having a great figure is an additional benefit. I think everyone should do yoga,��� said she.
