‘I’m planning to do films’

She had captured the collective imagination of the state when she won the title of Miss Earth 2008!
For Tanvi Vyas, who is just back from Philippines, the journey onward has just begun. And yes the beauty is back bringing with her many experiences from the Miss Earth 2008 pageant! Tanvi was in the town for the shooting of the album Jeetyu Hamesha Gujarat.
Ask Tanvi about how she felt about the music video and whether she enjoyed doing it? ���It was an amazing experience.I really loved the concept and feel privileged to be part of it as this album gives me a sense of belongingness. I enjoyed being part of it!��� When asked about her experiences in the pageant and she says, ���It was a very good exposure. I met people from 87 different countries so it was a great platform to know about their thoughts, culture, their perceptions about India and lots more. Now, I know how much people appreciate India and want to explore our country. This experience made me feel more proud to be an Indian.��� Tanvi confesses, ���I had a wonderful time there but sadly could not explore the place much or indulge in any photography because of our packed schedules.���
Post her return home, Tanvi is taking it easy for this month at her place in Vadodara. She is currently, ���working and planning the launch of a website which is about art deals of India as they are high in demand in foreign countries.��� She adds on, ���Also, I plan to organise a trip for the friends I made during the pageant as they all were looking forward to visit India.��� Back in Vadodara, she is now a known face, ���I recently joined a gym here and people used to stare me as they couldn���t believe their eyes! Otherwise, the scenario is like ghar ki murgi daal baraabar amongst all those who know me. The rest treat me like aapdi chhokri which makes me feel very wanted!��� says this beauty. Tanvi is fond of, ���travelling, making art pieces- be it graphical or on canvas!���
So what���s next on Tanvi���s cards? ���In January, I will be busy shooting commercials and will be doing some modelling assignments as well.��� Apart from this, Tanvi tells us that she is doing something interesting these days. On being quizzed she says. ���I���m trying to work on improvising my diction and voice modulation.��� And may we ask why? ���I���m planning to do films!��� So was acting always on her mind? ���Not consciously. But I was into dramatics when in college so I was inclined to acting. I would love to do some good roles. There is a lot of scope for everything!���she adds. So now we have one more beauty queen who will soon be starting her journey into tinseltown!
