She believes in reinventing herself all the time and challenging herself to do things she had never done before.
Having won the Miss Rajasthan title, Shubhra Rathore is now looking forward to her next big platform Miss India. Right now Im preparing myself for Miss India contest. I wish I can make it to the top spot and win the prestigious pageant, she says.
1x1 polls

A national-level tennis player, she won a silver medal at an All-India level championship. But when I won the Miss Freshers title at Maharani college in 2006, I decided to take up modeling as a career, she says. However though modeling is taking up most of her time, tennis remains her true love. I gave up playing professional tennis because there was a dearth of sponsorship but it would be my lifetime hobby, adds Subhra.
Things seem to be falling in place for this youngster even as she shares, God has given me all that I dreamt of. I won Miss Jaipur contest and Miss Desert India title last year. Now I wish to make it big at the national level.
The big picture attracts her for sure even as she dreams of making it big in Bollywood some day. And while on the subject, she dreams of being cast opposite John Abraham or Hrithik Roshan her favourite actors. I like both of them because they are best in their own ways. If Hrithik can dance and act then John is a real hunk, she quips.
Ask her about her experiences of being in Pink City and she instantly replies, I have travelled to many places but Jaipur is the best city. It has got the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary India. Also family values and hospitality are two major qualities, which makes the city the best place to live in. And that is why I feel proud to be a Jaipurite.

And the appreciation doesnt end here as she says, Its just because of this influence that ours is a close knit family. My parents, especially my mother, has always supported me for whatever I did, be it playing tennis or modelling.
But behind the glam lives a lively girl-next-door who is likes playing with her pet dog Choco. I love spending time with him, and according to me, he is the most cute and loving creature on this earth. In fact I cannot live without him, says Shubra.
Ask her how has the life changed after winning the Miss Rajasthan title and the 20-year old-says, Indeed, life has moved miles ahead. Now I really have to care about small little things because Im representing Rajasthan. So I need to carry myself in that way.
Interestingly, the B.A. final year student has started receiving all sorts of proposals from young hearts. Yes people do call me and say youre really beautiful. In fact many have proposed to me, she confesses candidly.
