What are the hottest jewelry trends for the season?
AA: Jewellery, for me, is an expression of my personality and while I do appreciate the trends, I also love my classic functional pieces, which I can wear on a daily basis. While the trend cycle in jewellery moves relatively slower than in fashion, there is no disputing everyone's love for Multi-Layered Jewellery, Shoulder Dusters and Multi-functional pieces. People also prefer personalised and customised jewellery pieces as it gives a chance to express your individuality.

Vintage Indian jewelry has its way to the modern closet. What do you think is the reason behind this resurgence?
AA: In my opinion, clients nowadays desire something practical that can be worn both throughout the day and at special occasions and festivities. They love to wear light-weight statement jewellery with minimal motifs that will complement all their outfits with a unique story to tell. Tribe Amrapali's newest collection Arshia, serves that very purpose and adds a fun twist to your jewelry collection with an intrinsically vintage vibe.

Tell us about the inspiration behind the name of your new collection - Arshia.
AA: Arshia by Tribe Amrapali is a jewellery line with a dainty feminine charm and a unique vintage vibe. These elaborate designs, handcrafted with gold plating and encrusted with pearls and brilliant stones, make for a subtle style statement at weddings and festive celebrations.

One advice you would like to give your client while selecting jewelry.
AA: I would always recommend layering and stacking jewellery as it is one of the most popular ways to accessorise. Whether it's layering a second necklace or stacking bracelets on top of one another, this makes your jewellery more functional and allows you to tell your own tale. You can dress it up and down according to the occasion. Placement and proportion, different metals is what makes stacking jewellery a winner and how to master the trend for special occasions.
