Forever young: That’s Gudda
Barring his recent health scare, Rohit Bal is forever Gudda - bindaas and crazy and with an irrepressible youthfulness. Or, at least, that’s how most people in the fash frat and beyond think of him.
Arunaji, as the fash frat knows her, is the retail manager for his brand, and a key figure in the world of Delhi fashion. She was telling everyone at this do how Gudda’s recovering.
1x1 polls
“The doctor’s told him, absolutely no, but when it comes to attending any fashion events, nobody can say. He might just get up and decide to go one day,” she was saying.
Just then, a child ran out from behind her, and she admonished him ‘not to touch anything’. Who’s the kid? “That’s my grandson,” she said, “My elder daughter’s son.” Hmm, that means that the ‘Gudda’ of the fashion world is a - heavens - granduncle? “Yes!” she laughed. “Whenever Samar goes to him and says, ‘Gudda nana’, he cringes and cries, ‘Gudda! Gudda! Call me Gudda!’”
Well, the spirit’s still obviously young, wotsay Gudda? We’re looking forward to your recovery and to seeing that youthfulness back in action, even if you are Gudda nana!
