Colour me bright...

Designer duo Parvesh and Jai are keeping quite busy these days. After wrapping up their show at Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) they are now showcasing at a fashion week in Mumbai.
The duo is content with the way their collection was received at WIFW, and feel that it was the Indian feel of the contemporary silhouettes that worked in their favour.
���Lehengas and sarees don���t sell in the international market, one has to intelligently bring in the Indian touch. Also, it was our readiness to experiment with styles that made our designs unique,��� says Jai, adding, ���Colours and silhouettes are also our USP. Indian outfits are known for the richness of the colour palette and use of colours like peacock blue, yellow, red, orange, etc added zing to the look of our creations.���
Early next month, the duo will head to take part in the Dubai Fashion Week. Says Jai, ���We���ll add some fresh creations to the existing collection, basically there���ll be more of gowns and evening dresses.���
