Avika Gor’s royal wedding glow

Avika Gor, the much-loved face of Balika Vadhu, just stepped into a new chapter of her life and she did it in a way that was nothing short of regal. On September 30, 2025, the actor tied the knot with her longtime partner Milind Chandwani, and the couple’s wedding quickly became the talk of the town.

A bride who said 'Yes' to red

While most celebrity brides today are leaning towards dreamy pastels and minimal palettes, Avika broke away from the trend. She stunned in a rich crimson lehenga by FLT India, designed by Tulika Nayak. The ensemble stood out for its intricate golden embroidery, metallic threadwork, and delicate bead embellishments - a look that celebrated the timeless essence of the Indian bride.

The details that made her look shine

Avika’s voluminous skirt came paired with a hand-embroidered blouse and a gossamer red net dupatta, all of which blended seamlessly to create a vision of elegance. She kept her bridal styling deeply rooted in tradition - heavy kajal, a classic red bindi, and striking red lips. The oversized gold nath, statement maang tikka, layered emerald-and-gold necklaces, and colour-coordinated bangles added the perfect finishing touches. Even her subtle kaliras echoed her fondness for heritage details.

Groom goals: Milind’s regal sherwani

Balancing Avika’s grandeur, Milind opted for an embroidered gold silk sherwani that radiated old-world charm. With a matching dupatta, safa, and a layered green-bead necklace, his look harmonised beautifully with Avika’s vibrant ensemble, the very picture of a royal wedding portrait.

A wedding straight out of television

In a twist straight from a script, Avika and Milind actually got married on national television. Their nuptials unfolded on the sets of the reality show Pati, Patni Aur Panga, where they were contestants. True to her playful personality, Avika captioned her solo photos, “Brb, still crying and dancing,” and summed up her journey perfectly with: “Baalika se Vadhu tak.”
