2000s heartthrob Sonali Bendre has always shown how to ace traditional wear like a pro. As the festive season kicks off in India, the actress is all set to showcase her finest fashion angles. Teaming up with the fashion maestro Manish Malhotra, she showcased her enduring love for sarees and looked remarkably glamorous.

Sonali Bendre’s glowing blue saree embraced the designer’s signature sequin-sheeted notes that are perfect for red carpets and festive getaways. She decked this inky blue saree in high-shine sequins with a refreshed allure. However, this was not Manish Malhotra’s regular circular sequin embroidery, but it had rectangular detailing that evoked the decadence of the 70s screen siren.

Not looking like a cinematic costume, the real exclamation point came with the off-shoulder blouse. The softly sculpted satin look quickly elevated the glistening crystal, which also had a beaded fringe along the arms. Exuding a subtle reference to the flapper era, it made the Indian saree wrap new again, blending a contemporary touch with the 90s drama.



Stealing the show with layered textures gleaming under the night, Sonali further wore a multi-layered choker encrusted with diamonds and sapphires and completed the accessory front with matching earrings and rings from MK Jewels, Razwada Jewels, and Irasva Fine Jewellery.
