Revisiting Manisha Koirala’s traditional Nepali wedding sari

The ‘Heeramandi’ actress Manisha Koirala requires no introduction as the stunner has been in the Indian film industry for more than three decades and has delivered several hits over the years. She tied the knot with the Nepali businessman Samrat Dahal in 2010, in a traditional ceremony held in Kathmandu. The duo met via an online social networking website and started their beautiful love story together.

Manisha Koirala wore a traditional Nepali red sari with a 3/4th sleeve brocade blouse at her traditional Brahmin wedding in Kathmandu. Her beautiful sari had floral detailing arcs with a sheer net detailing, whereas her blouse was bound with floral silk design detail which looked decent, stylish, and elegant. She also wrapped a red net dupatta with a minimal golden fringed border.

Keeping up with the 2000s glossy makeup trend, she wore nude gloss lipstick with heavy eyelashes, minimal kohl eyes, and brown gloss shade shiny eyeshadow. Over her cheeks, she added minimal blush and almost no contour cut, with a down-bun sleek hairstyle and carried brushed stunning eyebrows.

Manisha Koirala was spotted wearing a pure gold choker with an inverted triangle jhoomer design and added a golden long necklace with traditional red bridal bangles, minimal golden earrings, and a simple golden maang tikka which complimented her heavy golden-red sari which looked stunning on her.

At her reception, Manisha Koirala was seen wearing a bright red sari with a green and silver beaded embroidery border, and had minimal golden beads all over her sari which looked shiny and beautiful on her. She paired it with a stunning half-sleeved beaded red blouse which looked elegant on her bright skin tone.

For her reception, she wore a golden kundan set with huge green stones in the middle and wore matching long earrings with traditional red bangles which complimented her reception sari look.
