One of her standout appearances featured a custom haute couture dress by Schiaparelli, adorned with twin toy bears, a tribute to her twins, Krishna and Aadiya.

Fashion stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania shared a striking black-and-white photo of Isha on Instagram, highlighting her sophisticated look. In the image, Isha wears a presumed black dress with intricate stone work on the neckline, her hair styled in a sleek ponytail. She accessorized with simple earrings and block heels, completing the ensemble by holding the toy twin bears.

This unique piece was designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, who shared insights into its creation. He explained that some of the jewels were sourced from Isha’s personal collection, while others were specially acquired from across India. These jewels were meticulously dismantled and integrated into the garment using gold and silver Zardozi embroidery, resulting in a wearable piece of art.
