Silk has always been considered as one of the most regal fabrics in India. Worn on many traditional occasions, silk ensembles have their own charm. This rich textile has even made it's way into the wedding trends market. While silk saris have been quite popular in South-Indian weddings, brides are now also wearing silk lehengas on their wedding.
That was the case for bride Priya, who picked a gorgeous Benarasi lehenga for her day wedding in London.
Her lehenga featured traditional motifs with golden border highlighted with sequins. She matched it with a simple silk blouse, matching with the lehenga.
She styled it with single dupatta draped over her head. The sheer dupatta featured a golden embellished border with long tassels. Keeping her look minimal, she accessorised her look with simple jewellery set. When it came to her make-up, she sported a soft glam look with soft shimmery eyes and nude lips. And, for her hardo, she sported a bun adorned with gajra flowers.
