Pop 'N Roll
Pop colours are all over the place this season and almost every brand worth its salt is endorsing this trend.
However, for someone who has always played it safe when it comes to colour this might be a dangerous (and uncomfortable) path to tread on. If you are bored with your staid conservative dressing, here are a few steps with which you can ease yourself into the pop colour trend:
Accessories:
Shy and scared of stepping out of your comfort zone? Don't go for a neon coloured outfit.

Instead go for electrifying bag or shoes in a vibrant colour with your neutral coloured dress. You can also pep up your neutrals by adding a belt in a pop colour to your outfit. It's a sure fire way to up your style. There, you are taking baby steps towards neons.
Stick to one family:
If you are ready to take the plunge and go for an all out colourful outfit without looking like a wierdo, here's the trick. Stick to one colour palette but pick out different shades fromt he same family. Opt for various shades of blue or violet.
Black strategy:
We know we are very touchy about our weight and wish to avoid talking about certain areas of our anatomy altogether. And for these areas we turn to our trusty blacks. Bold colours are for the eye-ball grabbing effect. Hence, it's better to stick to blacks, navys or charcoals over your problem spots and opt for brighter colours everywhere else.
Make it work:
Using pop colours shouldn't be restricted to your outfits or accessories alone. Think of a bright lippie like red, peach, pink, and orange and nails coloured in brilliant hues.
