“It’s all about colored watches for me. I absolutely love the ones that make a bold statement. G-Shocks are my favorite,” he says.
A vibrant watch can brighten up whatever you wear, says actor Harshvardhan Rane, who is often seen wearing these colorful accessories. “Be it formal, semi-formal or casual occasions, these watches complement what I wear. I recently bought a fluorescent orange watch from Mumbai.”
These cool watches are head turners on campus too. Basanth Jain, who collects watches says, “I own a Ferrari watch with a bright yellow dial. It looks great.”
These watches also act like ‘pick me ups’ for some. Nirmala Vanamali, who adores her bright yellow watch, which was a gift from a friend says, “It’s such a happy color that it just lifts my mood every time I look at it. It’s like I have my own personal ray of sunshine with me all the time.”
Meghna Reddy, seconds her, “My Christian Audigier Bird Cage watch with a neon dial screams punk rock and it says ‘no one messes with me’! I absolutely love it.”
