In 1953, on the day of her coronation, Queen Elizabeth II wore a magnificent gown designed by Norman Hartnell. The dress was made of white duchess satin, embellished with floral emblems in gold and silver that denoted all the commonwealth countries.

On Princess Margaret's 19th birthday in 1949, she wore a beautiful one-shouldered cream gown with gold embellishment by Christian Dior. It was a statement-making dress, captured in a form of portrait by Cecil Beaton.

In 1973,the Queen's beautiful and the only daughter, Princess Anne, along with her husband Mark Phillips, showed up in a floral printed gown at a film premiere in London, looking absolutely stunning and glamorous.
