While there have been significant strides in areas like education and healthcare. Even though the Right to Education Act has made primary schooling free and compulsory for children from the age of 6 to 14, it still has been a long way since other deprivation factors, including poverty, social barriers, and lack of infrastructure, keeping children away from attending schools.
