Best selling Indian author Amish's second non-fiction book 'Dharma: Decoding the Epics for a Meaningful Life' was released in December 2020. The spiritual self-help book is co-authored by Amish and his sister Bhavna Roy.

In 'Dharma: Decoding the Epics for a Meaningful Life', as the title suggests, Amish and Bhavna Roy discuss the intriguing concepts of Dharma, Karma, the meaning of life and how it can help one achieve the most in life. These are the subjects which are often discussed in the Hindu epics and Indian philosophy. In this book, the authors aim to discuss these topics by interpreting the stories of some fictional characters from Amish's retellings of the epics. The book is a mix of storytelling and philosophy which touches upon the many facets of Dharma.

'Dharma: Decoding the Epics for a Meaningful Life' is the first book of a series by Amish and Bhavna Roy. The book is a mix of non-fiction, mythology and philosophy with stories and anecdotes from Amish's books the Shiva Trilogy and Ram Chandra series, which makes it an interesting read. Fans of the author would like to add this book to their reading list.
