There's great news for Marvel fans! Marvel Entertainment along with Dreamscape Media will adapt a number of Marvel’s iconic comic books into audiobooks, according to a report by Variety. The superhero audiobooks are expected to be out in September 2019.
As per Marvel and Dreamscape's deal, the latter will adapt roughly two dozen superhero stories into audiobooks along with a few other stories which haven't been widely distributed earlier. 'Some of the comic books covered by the agreement include
The Ultimate Spider-Man, The Ultimate X-Men, X-Men: Codename Wolverine and
Daredevil: The Man Without Fear, with works coming from authors like David Michelinie, Tony Isabella, Len Wein, Marv Wolfman and Peter David,' reads a report by Variety.
“We are proud to collaborate with Marvel Entertainment to give fans a new way to connect with their favourite superheroes," Tammy Faxel, Dreamscape Media publisher, said in a press release.
Meanwhile, it is noted that Marvel is increasingly adapting its comics into audiobooks. In 2018 they released an original podcast series titled
Wolverine: The Long Night, followed by the second season this year.
