The Times Lit Fest preview session is back to the City Beautiful with many interesting sessions lined up for the day. This is a preview for the Times Litfest to be held in Delhi.
There will be four sessions that will see prominent personalities talking on various topics. Vinita Dawra Nangia, director, Times Literature Festivals, shared, “With the Tricity preview of theTimes Lit Fest, the Times of India kickstarts an exciting line-up of literary festivals every winter. This year again we are here with an exciting array of speakers and authors. I look forward to a lively exchange of views in the presence of an involved and interactive audience.”
The session, “Books and beyond with Ashwin Sanghi” will see the author in conversation with Yasser Usman. The session, “Untold stories: Remembering Kargil”, will have former Army chief Gen Ved Prakash Malik (retd), Lt Gen Amar Aul (retd), in conversation with Manimugdha Sharma.In the session, “Kaifi Azmi”, Vijai Vardhan, IAS, will enthral the audience with a poetry recitation.
The event will also see Gulshan Grover in conversation with Nangia in a session, “Bad man:Thejourney of Bollywood’s favourite villain.”Sanghi said, “I am delighted to be part of the Times Lit Fest Preview, Chandigarh. This city is north India’s hub to culture, literary pursuits and the arts. Times of India could have chosen no better place to host this event. I look forward to exciting and lively discussions and alsolook forward to meeting my Chandigarh readers.”Gen Malik said he was eagerly looking forward to his participation in the fest.
